If you can find people willing to take on the organization and running of rally crosses, feel free! That is the main barrier to looking at sites. (Same problem we have with even thinking about holding PDX's - everyone is already over-committed) We'd all be happy to help those interested in taking on such a thing, but no one has stepped forward.
