I attended the last event of last season and borrowed a friend's helmet but I'd like to have my own now and with my new found christmas money and what not would like to purchase one soon. I know my helmet size and what not I was just wondering what DOT and SNELL rules I have to be following I see there is
snell m2005- which seem to be better priced then
snell sa2005- which are pricy but still have a midgrade option
is there a certain helmet the sjscca reccomends?
I like the hjc ar10(sa2005)
and the HJC CL-15-ROYAL BLUE OF COURSE
is either acceptable?
please let me know guys!!!!
and thanks for getting me addicted I've made alot of mods to my car in order to make it handle better for next season. doing the last event made me realize what direction i needed to go in with my vehicle and I think i'll turn some heads next season.
helmet rules?

FYI, M-rated helmets are fine for Autocross (solo) but not for track events. If you plan to do both, SA is the way to fly. If you only plan to auotx, M is fine.
