New ST rules

Guys,

In case you haven't been following, the SCCA is thinking about changing up the ST class (mostly due to the 89 civic si) and creating another class, mainly geared toward newer, heavier FWD cars:

This could be interesting, as I drive an '05 civic si which would seem to be a decent choice for this new "STF" class... although from the cars they listed it also looks like the rsx-s is in the same class, and with 200hp and relatively the same weight, that might be the car to run.

Hopefully they decide something soon, and don't make too many people upset so that we still have good attendance across the board...

Makes sense to me also considering that the crz,mazda 2 and the few other cars that fit into that class wouldn't be competitive with the other cars.I think its a good idea.
