Is there any information on this event yet? The Philly Region website links over here for this event but I can't find any information.

Where do I sign up and how much does it cost?

Thanks!

Details to follow as to cost etc. You register on DLB BUT it is not up on that site yet. There are three events for the weekend. A roadracing drivers school, a level one PDX and a Level two/time trail.

Sat is a level ONE PDX and Sunday is a level two/time trail. Details of rules and requirements are on the NATIONAL SCCA website.

We will be on the Lighting Course

Hang in there everyone...

Our Race Planning Committee meets Feb. 3rd to begin working on logistics for the Competition School / PDX. Info will be coming soon after that.

I was sent this to post on DLB prior to setting up registration. Supps still need to be written and the sanction obtained before I can take registrations. Consider this a "save the date" announcement.

I've heard any landing you can walk away from is a good landing . . . I bet that applies to planes too.

So $200 PDX on Saturday and $125 on Sunday?

Actually Sunday is a club trials. It is a timed event.

^^^ What she said... Saturday is a PDX (Performance Driving Experience), also known as Time Trials Level 1 in SCCA lingo, at a cost of $200. PDX's are purely instructional and are not timed. Participants are broken up into run groups according to their skill and experiene level, and then enjoy a day of alternating classroom instruction and on track sessions with or without an instructor, again according to your experience and skill level.

Sunday's event is a Club Trials event, also know as Time Trials Level 2. The cost for that is $125. Club Trials are timed events much like an autocross, but on a much larger scale. Cars are broken down into classes based on autocross classes, and you compete by making timed runs around the race track. If you want to learn more about SCCA Club Trials read HERE
