Great weekend of racing at NJMP! ProIT had two excellent races. Even ARCA was entertaining.

SJR was proudly represented by 7 drivers (of 39 entered). Bert Struble was there with his Nissan ITS, but only ran Saturday. John Redden III had an off-course that resulted in a sprained middle finger of his right hand, and opted not to try to race with it - which helped his Dad. John Redden's transmission broke late in the Saturday race, so he used John III's car for Sunday. He finished 27th on Saturday, 23 on Sunday (6th and 5th in class). Jason Marx got more valuable experience in his VW Corrado. Robert Marx was there in his SM. (Just don't look at my car's passenger side - Robert left a wheel mark there - Oops! - no major harm) He finished 23rd (4th in ITA) and 27th (4th in ITA) on Sunday. Val ran my ITC Civic to 1st place in ITC both days. And broke the track record during practice on Sunday morning (unofficially - since it wasn't a race). John Hainsworth finished 7th (4th in class) in his ITS RX-7 both days.

Congrats to all the SJR drivers, and all the class winners. It was a great weekend.
